Customized Ceremonies

Your wedding ceremony will be in experienced hands. Owner and Officiant, Dawn Dacut, has been in the wedding business for over 30 years and her college degree is in journalism and corporate communications from Northern Illinois University. Based on her industry experience and writing background, she has a plethora of creative ideas to share with you to create a memorable, unique ceremony. Her goal is to make sure the ceremony content of the most important moment of your life is Romantic and Reflective.

Romantic is the feeling Flutterby wants you and your guests to experience. It is so important that the words written for your ceremony touch everyone’s heart. Love brings everyone together for these celebratory moments, and those are the ceremonies people remember.


Weddings are about the couple. The ceremony should be Reflective of who the couple is, both individually as well as together. This is the start of a new chapter of your journey; therefore, it should represent your true intentions, your beliefs, and the special love you have for one another.
 

Services & Fees
 
Wedding Ceremony - $750.00 - Includes the following:
  1. Initial consultation with booking agreement
  2. Secondary appointment to gather information to write the ceremony script
  3. A custom-written, personalized ceremony
  4. Up to two hours day-of to coordinate and perform the wedding ceremony
  5. Planning details with wedding planner, DJ, venue contact(s), photographer, and videographer
  6. Marriage license administration
  7. Copy of the ceremony script
  8. Private collection of readings and passages

Wedding Rehearsal - $350.00 - Includes the following:
  1. Wedding party and VIP lineup for processional
  2. Detailed seating assignments for family members
  3. Complete run-through and​coordination with the wedding party
  4. Recessional practice
  5. Expert advice and reminders for the wedding day

Civil Ceremony - $500.00 - Includes the following:
  1. Initial consultation
  2. Personalized ceremony planning via video conference
  3. Up to one hour to coordinate and perform ceremony
  4. Marriage license administration
  5. Copy of the ceremony script
 
Ceremony Script Only - $400
  1. Custom-written script for the wedding ceremony that someone else will perform
  2. All meetings and administration to create the perfect ceremony
  3. Video call with the officiant and couple for additional guidance
  4. A modifiable script for any changes the couple wishes to make
  5. Private collection of readings and passages
 

Destination weddings are the same fees as above plus travel expenses.
